It reveals notes of ripe wild cassis and small notes of ripe raspberry associated with fine touches of violet, liquorice stick, very discreet hints of mild tobacco as well as a subtle hint of cardamom and an imperceptible hint of tea. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a fine juiciness, a mineral frame, a small richness/density as well as a good racy structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of of fleshy/juicy cassis, juicy wild blackberry and small notes of blue fruits associated with small touhces of raspberry, fine hints of liquorice stick, mild tobacco as well as very fine hints of caramelization and very fine hints of chocolate (in the background).
