The nose is elegant, aromatic, racy and offers a certain generosity, intensity, a fine grain as well as a small richness. It reveals notes of quite ripe wild strawberry, violet, dry cassis, small notes of small crushed red fruits associated with hints of timut pepper, underwood, a discreet hint of cornflower, iris, toasted oak, spices and an imperceptible hint of incense. The palate is mineral, fruity and offers a beautiful freshness, suavity, a small fat as well as a fine gourmandize, a fine tension, a certain energy and a juicy/fresh fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe wild raspberry, quite ripe wild strawberry, small notes of fresh/juicy cassis associated with touches of lily, violet, incense, a racy minerality as well as hints of tea, nutmeg, truffle and sweet spices. Tannins are precise and well-built. A very fine saline/sapid hint on the finish/persistence. A good suavity on the finish.
