The nose offers elegance, a certain finesse in the grain, good definition, a discreet airy side. It expresses notes of pulpy peach, fleshy apple and more slightly – spices associated with touches of toast, small fresh fruits as well as fine hints of lemon, and has a discreet hint of lemon blossom. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, roundness, a little fattiness, gourmandise, precision, a tangy structure. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy apple, lychee and more slightly – lemon associated with touches of pulpy mandarin as well as hints of kumquat, toasted, a subtle hint of exotic fruits / pineapple and a hint of toasted almond. Good length, freshness, juiciness.
