The nose is elegant, racy and offers a beautiful finesse of the grain, a certain justly controlled richness as well as intensity and a certain deepness. It reveals notes of bright cassis, violet, small notes of lily, cornflower associated with touches of crushed raspberry, Boysen berry as well as hints of tonka bean, almond, green cardamom, small hints of bright red berries, discreet hints of toasted and vanilla. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral and offers delicacy of the grain, a certain intensity as well as a fine grain and gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh/acidulous plum, pulpy/juicy raspberry, small notes of bright cassis associated with touches of cornflower, lilac, tonka bean as well as hints of cardamom, vanilla pod, tea, a hint of cuben pepper, an imperceptible hint of saffron and a discreet hint of sweet spices/toasted. A hint of good bitterness (cocoa/roasted) on the finish (brings peps).
