The nose is fruity and offers a small freshness as well as a small concentration/fleshiness. It reveals notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy cassis and small notes of toasted associated with a touch of fleshy raspberry as well as hunts hints of caramelization and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a mineral frame, a good definition, juiciness a well as a very finely tight grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy cassis, fleshy blackberry and small notes of juicy/ripe raspberry associated with fine touches of juicy blueberry, juicy strawberry as well as fine touches of cornflower, liquorice and a very discreet hint of toasted almond and an imperceptible hint of sugared mild tobacco (in the background). Tannins are well-built. Good length.
