The nose is fruity, racy and reveals a certain gourmandize and freshness. There are notes of fresh wild blackcurrant, concentrated wild blackberry and a hint of pepper combined with hints of pulpy blueberry, violet and fine graphite, cardamom and sweet spices. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, minerality, acidity, energy and racy minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, juicy/fresh blackcurrant and more lightly violet, iris combined with hints of fresh red fruit, graphite and fine toasted notes. The tannins are supple and precise.
