The nose is fresh, fruity, elegant and offers a fine complexity, intensity, a very fine richness and a beautiful finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of ripe lemon, ripe grapefruit, small notes of juicy peach associated with fine touches of quince, yellow flowers as well as a subtle hint of lemon flowers, discreet hints of bee wax and an imperceptible hint of spices. The palate is fruity, complete, balanced and offers a beautiful definition, an acidulous frame, a beautiful definition, a beautiful harmony, a fine gravely minerality (in the background) and a finesse of the grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lemon, grapefruit, small notes of white peach associated with very fine hints of juicy quenette, juicy quince as well as a hint of juicy mandarine, flowers, zests, gravel, very fine almost honeyed toasted hint, mesocarp and an imperceptible grilled hint.
