The nose is elegant, powerful, racy and offers a very fine straightness. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, gray pepper and small notes of cassis associated with fine touches of raspberry, small berries, green pepper, flowers as well as hints of toasted and discreet hints of vanilla. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, precise, racy and offers minerality, juiciness, suavity/fatness and straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy cassis, juicy raspberry and small notes of small juicy red fruits associated with a touch of violet, liquorice, tonka bean as well as very fine hints of sweet spices and a subtle hint of mild tobacco. Good length. Tannins are elegant and very discreetly chewy. A good persistence on hints of dry almond, toasted and juicy fruits.
