The nose is aromatic and fine. It reveals notes of blackberry and plum associated with slight notes of dark chocolate powder. The palate is fruity, mineral and offers tension, charm, elegance, finesse as well as a beautiful, silky and slightly unctuous matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, plum and a touch of black cherry associated with discreet notes of red berries (in the background), chocolate and a discreet touch of liquorice (in the background). Tannins are fine, elegant and well built. Good length and good persistence with notes of coffee and a quite discreet note of Sichuan pepper.
