The wine has a beautiful intense orange color, limpid and shiny. The nose is fresh, mineral and discreet at first glance. There are notes of sweet spices, mint and fresh basil. We perceive small crunchy red fruits such as cherries as well as hints of racy minerality. The mouth is fresh, with an oily texture and a marked and salivating acid structure. Vinous, it is a wine that seems complex with notes of candied cherry, bitter orange, juicy yellow peach as well as juicy red apple. The finish is slightly astringent, long on candied melon with a hint of salinity. Nice wine.
