The wine has a pale, transparent and shiny color with pink reflections. The first nose is aromatic with a nice minerality and fruity aromas of peach, tangerine zest and small white cherry. The second nose is even more aromatic with still notes of tangy stone fruit and flowers such as apricot blossom. There is also a hint of white pepper. The attack is fresh with a nice biting acidity. There are fruits such as apricot, mango and flat peach. A hint of salt appears in the middle of the mouth and will accompany the minerality until the finish. Flowers take shape and become very clear along the length like the gardenia. The finish has a hint of green olive which brings a slight bitterness. It is persistent. The whole is gourmand and refreshing.
