The nose is fruity, racy and offers a fine fleshiness / generosity, a fine intensity as well as a small power. It reveals notes of candied peach, pear in syrup and candied mandarin associated with subtle hints of exotic fruit, hints of caramelization and a very discreet hint of chocolate (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well built, gourmand, a bit aerial and offers a good definition, a fine juicy frame, a fine minerality, finesse (nice grain), a fine suavity, a fine power and a very fine fleshiness / unctuosity. On the palate, this Armagnac expresses notes of peach in syrup, candied mandarin and small notes of crystallized orange, pear associated with small touches of compoted brugnon, quince, rancio / caramelization, a fine touch of zest. orange as well as an imperceptible touch of vanilla and coffee (in the background). Good length. Beautiful aromatic persistence.
