The palate is well-built, fruity, tangy and juicy. It offers precision, a fresh frame, acidity, good definition, elegance and beautiful tension in accuracy. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy yellow apple, crushed brugnon and small notes of candied mirabelle plum, combined with touches of candied quince, as well as a hint of exotic fruit, crystallized mandarin and gunflint. Good length. A precise, fresh wine with a subtle hint of vanilla and iodized in the background.
