On the nose, fresh, fruity, tightly layered and offers a nice finesse of texture. It reveals notes of lemon, fresh quince and more slightly fresh mirabelle plum associated with small touches of yellow berries, fresh pineapple, discreet hints of apricot blossom, distinctive minerality and subtle wafts of spice. On the palate, it is fruity, balanced and offers a juicy/acidic frame, good definition, some minerality, elegance, gourmandize, as well as some tension, a discreetly tight/pretty fine texture and some delicacy/finesse. The wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe lemon, candied quince and more lightly fresh/acidic kumquat combined with hints of yellow peach, candied apple as well as fine pineapple, lemon blossom, a very discreet touch of acacia and spice. Good length. A good delicious and sapid persistence.
