The nose is aromatic and offers power as well as minerality. It reveals notes of quince, kumquat and small notes of zests associated with touches of breadfruits, candied William pear, spices as well as very fine hints of oak and a discreet hint of pepper (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, freshness, a racy minerality as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy lemon, zests and small notes of vine peach associated with a hint of crunchy/juicy pineapple as well as discreet hints of lime/juicy mandarine, lemon flowers and racy minerality. Good length. There is a very discreet hint of dry almond on the finish/persistence.
