(88% Semillon, 8% Sauvignon and 4% Muscadelle) The nose is lively, fresh and mineral. It reveals notes of pineapple and fresh fruit associated with a few notes of acacia, honey as well as touches of citrus and a hint of mimosa. The palate is fresh, racy, mineral, complex, mineral and balanced. In the mouth it expresses notes of quince, candied orange and slight notes of candied pineapple associated with touches of peach in syrup, lime zest as well as touches of hazelnut / almond on the finish. Good length and persistence.
