The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The nose is aromatic, tangy and herbaceous. It expresses notes of bigarreau cherry, raspberry, crunchy strawberry, crushed blueberry and blackcurrant, combined with integrated notes of cut grass, mint leaf and rose, as well as a very fine touch of pepper white. On the palate, the wine expresses lightness, fluidity and juicy fruity notes, associated with touches of white pepper and flowers (wildflowers, dried rose). The tannins are fine and delicate. Beautiful acidity, the finish is fruity and juicy. An airy, gourmand wine with a low level of tannins, easy to drink.
