Château de Meursault – Les Petits Noizons 2016 – Pommard

The nose is elegant, aromatic, racy, well-built and offers power as well as a fine grain. It reveals notes of fleshy Boysen berry, fleshy plum and small notes of cherry associated with touches of fleshy raspberry as well as hints of rose, toasted, lily and a very discreet hint of Cuben pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, beautifully racy, slightly tight, harmonious and offers a beautiful juiciness, a beautiful definition, tension, a small melodious side, structure, minerality as well as a beautiful flesh. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy Boysen berry, fleshy raspberry and small notes of fleshy plum associated with a touch of cherry, cornflower as well as discreet hints of cardamom, a very discreet hint of almond (on the finish) and an imperceptible hint of Bourbon vanilla (in the background). Tannins are well-built. Beautiful gourmandize!
