The nose is fruity, elegant, racy and offers a small fleshiness, gourmandize as wlel as a small richness (full of elegance). It reveals notes of fleshy violet plum, crushed strawberry and small notes of black cherry associated with touches of violet, black pepper, graphite as well as discreet hints of nutmeg/spices. The palate is fruity, beautifully well-balanced, slightly tight, elegant, racy and offers a beautiful definition, a beautiful structure, power, minerality, a small aerial side as well as a beautiful grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy plum, fleshy black cherry and small notes of blackberry associated with touches of wild strawberry, small wild berries, fine touches of liquorice, tobacco, cocoa as well as a very discreet hint of mild tobacco and graphite. Tannins are elegant. Good length. Gourmandize on the finish. There is a hint of toasted almond on the finish/persistence.
