The nose is fruity, fine, intense and quite elegant. It reveals notes of fresh fruit, mirabelle plum and fine notes of pineapple, apple associated with discreet notes of lime zest and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, fine and offers tension and a nice fresh / acid frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of candied pear, nectarine and crystallized lemon associated with a hint of candied pineapple. Good length.
