The nose is fruity, elegant, concentrated and racy. It reveals notes of bright wild cassis, graphite and cornflower associated with wild strawberry, small blue fruits as well as fine hints of black pepper, incense and cocoa. The palate is fruity, balanced (nicely balanced), racy and offers juiciness, a tangy frame, elegance, minerality, a certain delicacy as well as roundness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy blackberry, bright cassis and more slightly wild strawberry associated with touches of small bright red currants, violet as well as hints of racy minerality, lily, tobacco sweet blond, with fine hints of graphite, chocolate/mocha and a hint of toasted almond. Tannins are precise, elegant and soft.
