The palate is fresh, juicy, well-balanced and offers suavity, gourmandize, tension, fat as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe/juicy lemon, juicy/fresh quince and small notes of exotic fruits (lychee, Quenette) associated with fine hints of crunchy green peach/peach flowers as well as very fine hints of racy minerality.
