The nose is slightly tight and offers gourmandize as well as a certain concentration. The wine needs to be decanted. It reveals notes of crushed raspberry, violet and small notes of cassis associated with small touches of licorice, nutmeg, a fine hint of sweet blond tobacco as well as a discreet hint of toasted oak and Cuben pepper. The palate is fruity, a bit tight and offers minerality, a certain juiciness, a fine gourmandize, a certain generosity, a stretched side / all in length, roundness, minerality, a beautiful finesse of the grain as well as «peps». On the palate this wine expresses notes of creamy blackberry, pulpy cassis and small notes of fleshy / acidulous raspberry associated with touches of strawberry, cherry blossoms, violet, hints of chocolate, caramelization, sweet blond tobacco as well as a subtle hint of roasted almond and green cardamom. Good length and gourmandize. Sapidity on the finish / persistence. Presence of a discreet hint of chocolate on the persistence.
