The nose is fine and complex. It reveals notes of plums and cedar wood associated with a slight hint of caramelization, small spices (vanilla, cardamom) and rancio. The palate is round, relatively complex, well-structured and expresses notes of quince jelly, white fruits, orange zest and slight notes of spices and licorice. Good length.
