The nose is fruity, gourmand, suave and elegant. It reveals notes of candied citrus (lemon, clementine) and slight notes of apricot Tarte Tatin associated with slight notes of peach, toffee and spices (cardamom, a touch of cinnamon, a hint of vanilla and a discreet note of bergamot). The palate is fruity, gourmand, elegant, fat, suave, well-balanced and offers a beautiful matter and a beautiful finesse. In the mouth this Armagnac expresses notes of pear in syrup, crystallized citrus (lemon, clementine) and slight notes of Tarte Tatin, caramel, marshmallow associated with fine woody notes as well as very discreet hints of sweet spices (Bourbon vanilla …). Good length and persistence.
