It reveals notes of caramelized apple, caramelized orange and small notes of crushed Mirabelle plum associated with small touches of crystallized lemon, caramelization / crème brûlée, cedar, dried fig as well as discreet hints of clove of Bourbon vanilla and an imperceptible hint of black pepper. The palate is fruity, elegant, gourmand and offers a beautiful definition, suavity, power, intensity, a small richness as well as a fine fat. In the mouth this Armagnac expresses notes of caramelized orange, caramelized apple and small notes of crème brûlée associated with small touches of dried fig, date, hints of pâtisseries, cedar, cigar box, nutmeg, toasted / grilled almonds as well as a subtle hint of toasted oak, camphor and an imperceptible hint of roasting.
