The nose is elegant, fine, racy, intense and offers an incisive side, a beautiful finesse of the grain as well as a small deepness. It reveals notes of dry rose, dry mandarine, small notes of cedar associated with small touches of rancio, dry lemon, candied apple as well as hints of white flowers, very fine hints of caramelization, lychee, quenette, a very discreet hint of spices and an imperceptible hint of vanilla. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, gourmandize as well as tension (full of finesse), a beautiful finesse of the grain, elegance as well as a small fat (full of finesse). On the palate this Armagnac expresses notes of fleshy/crushed apple, lychee, small notes of crushed nectarine associated with small touches of lemon, lemon zests, dry citrus zests as well as a subtle hint of white flowers, vanilla, toasted and a very discreet hint of chocolate (in the background). Good length.
