Château de Lacquy – 7 ans – Bas-Armagnac

Château de Lacquy – 7 ans – Bas-Armagnac

The nose is fine, beautifully elegant, beautifully built and racy. It reveals notes of quince, Williams pear, crystallized lemon and dried citrus associated with a discreet hint of white flowers, potpourri as well as subtle hints of crème brulée, subtle toasted hints, very discreet tips of grilled oak and an imperceptible hint of coffee (in the background). The mouth is fruity, juicy, unctuous, beautiful gourmande and offers a beautiful juicy frame, a fine tension, delicacy and elegance. In the mouth this Armagnac expresses notes of candied lemon, crystallized mandarin, pear and crystallized brugnon associated with fine touches of caramel cream, vanilla and very discreet hints of biscuit and sweet spices. Good length and good persistence. The persistence is slightly tight.
