The nose is fruity, aromatic, gourmand and offers a beautiful elegance as well as a beautiful complexity. It reveals notes of dried orange, yellow peach and small notes of kumquat, crystallized crystallized lemon / orange associated with touches of lime zest, apple, fine touches of vine peach, Tarte Tatin / pâtisseries as well as slight hints of rancio / incense, Zante currant, sweet spices, pepper, a very discreet hint of flowers and grilled oak (in the background). The palate is fruity, beautifully elegant, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, suavity, a beautiful delicacy, gourmandise, a beautiful expression / precision, a good structure as well as a fine and racy grain. On the palate, this Armagnac expresses notes of fleshy peach, marmalade, crystallized mandarin and small notes of candied lemon, green apple associated with touches of lime zest, pear, caramelization, gray pepper as well as a discreet hint of flowers, quenette, crème brûlée and roasted almond / hazelnut. Slight straightness on the finish. Good length and good persistence.
