The nose is fine, elegant, gourmand, beautifully built and offers dynamism. It reveals notes of crystallized orange and crystallized lemon combined with hints of crystallized lime zest, vine peach, flowers, crystallized mandarin as well as subtle hints of compoted apple / pear, oak, rancio, subtle hints of Zante currant and very discreet hints of sweet spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, beautifully elegant and offers a fine acid frame, a fine juiciness, a beautiful finesse / definition, gourmandise, a fine fleshiness, a fine straightness as well as a beautiful precision. On the palate, this Armagnac expresses notes of crystallized lemon, crystallized tangerine and small notes of pear, vine peach associated with touches of crème brûlée / pâtisseries, quenette, Bourbon vanilla and tonka bean. Good length. Beautiful grain on the finish / persistence.
