The nose is fruity and offers a small concentration, fleshiness, a beautiul gourmandize as well as a good structure. It reveals notes of fleshy strawberry, fleshy raspberry and small notes of fleshy plum associated with touches of crushed cassis, hints of toasted, sweet spices, liquorice as well as a discreet hint of blue fruits, Bourbon vanilla and a very discreet hint of almond. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced, structured, racy and offers a beautiful acidulous frame, energy, a very finely tight grain, a fine suavity as well as a racy minerality. Beautiful finesse of the richness! On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy blackberry, fleshy/juicy raspberry and small notes of red berries associated with small/fine touches of fleshy cassis, hints of racy minerality, toasted/toasted almond as well as very discreet hints of tonka bean and a very discreet hint of pepper.
