The nose is aromatic. It reveals notes of flowers, hawthorn, plum and blueberry associated with slight notes of strawberry, discreet note of liquorice, caramelized oak as well as a discreet hint of nutmeg and sweet spices. The palate is fruity, relatively elegant, well-balanced, supple, slightly gourmand and offers a small minerality (mineral frame), a slight juiciness, smooth, fat as well as suavity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of plum cream, blueberry and slight notes of red fruits (wild strawberry, redcurrant) associated with hints of liquorice as well as a woody hint, a discreet hint of chocolate and sweet spices. Tannins are fine and supple.
