The palate is fruity and offers gourmandize, juiciness, a little fattiness, roundness, a little smoothness as well as a fine tangy frame. This wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy apple, bright vine peach and more slightly lemon associated with stouches of mandarin, fresh / juicy pineapple as well as fine hints of mesocarp, with a discreet hint of small yellow fruits and an imperceptible hint of chestnut / hazelnut butter. Good length. Presence of a subtle salinity on the palate which carries the tasting and brings a lot of sapidity.
