The nose is aromatic, well-built and offers a small gourmandize. It reveals notes of ripe cassis, ripe blackberry and small notes of ripe raspberry associated with small touches of liquorice, cardamom as well as discreet hints of flowers, graphite and very fine hints of liquorice. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers a mineral frame, juiciness, a good definition, gourmandize as well as freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe cassis, juicy/ripe blackberry and small notes of juicy/ripe raspberry associated with small touches of liquorice as well as a subtle hint of flowers and very discreet hints of spices. Good length. Very fine hints of cocoa as well as a very fine chew on the finish.
