The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers a mineral frame, juiciness, a good definition, gourmandize as well as freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe cassis, juicy/ripe blackberry and small notes of juicy/ripe raspberry associated with small touches of liquorice as well as a subtle hint of flowers and very discreet hints of spices. Good length. Very fine hints of cocoa as well as a very fine chew on the finish.
