The nose is racy and offers a small power, a fine intensity as well as a fine grain. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, crushed raspberry and small notes of pulpy plum associated with touches of violet, zan, fine hints of cloves, saffron as well as discreet hints of liquorice and sweet spices. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, gourmandize, a good definition, a certain finesse, tension, silkiness, generosity, an acidulous frame as well as a pure and bright fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright cherry, bright / juicy plum and small notes of bright raspberry associated with touches of crushed redcurrants, cherry blossoms, lilac, sweet blond tobacco as well as discreet hints of tonka bean and toasted hazelnut. Good length and persistence. Presence of fine hints of chocolate and vanilla on the persistence.
