The nose is fresh, fruity and offers a fine intensity. It reveals notes of ripe cassis, ripe wild strawberry and small notes of fresh griotte associated with fine touches of flowers, very discreet hints of Timut pepper (in the background) and an imperceptible hint of bergamote (in the background). The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers a small juiciness, an acidulous frame, a fine tension as well as juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh blackberry, juicy/fresh strawberry and small notes of flowers associated with fine touches of liquorice, toasted and a very discreet hint of Bourbon vanilla. Minerality !
