The nose is fruity, aromatic and offers a small freshness, a certain deepness and a small racy minerality. It reveals notes of fleshy Mirabelle, lemon, small notes of juicy/fresh quince associated with touches of white fruits as well as fine hints of dry almond, gravy minerality, very fine hints of toasted oak and an imperceptible hint of bee wax. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, gourmandize as well as a fine acidulous frame, minerality, tension, roundness and a fine unctuous. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fleshy Mirabelle, juicy lemon, small notes of vine peach associated with small touches of juicy quince as well as fine hints of small yellow fruits, almond/almond flowers, toasted oak and an imperceptible hint of honey. Good length.
