The nose is aromatic, fresh and offers straightness. It reveals fine notes of red fruits and flowers associated with slight touches of cassis, bell pepper, minerality as well as slight hints of spices (in the background). The palate is fruity, fine, well-balanced, a bit tight, racy and offers tension, freshness, a good minerality as well as a slight smoothness. In the mouth this wine expresses fine notes of fresh blackberry and raspberry/red berries associated with slight notes of oak/chocolate as well as very slight hints of tea, violet and a very discreet hint of licorice. Tannins are fine and very slightly creamy. Good length and beautiful persistence. There is a very discreet hint of dark chocolate on the persistence.
