The palate is fruity, gourmande, elegant, racy and offers suavity, fat, minerality as well as a tight and silky matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of raspberry, cherry and fine notes of blackberry associated with touches of cassis, wild strawberry, fine notes of undergrowth, liquorice as well as a hint of bell pepper and oak. Tannins are fine, well built and very slightly firm. Good length and persistence. The finish is gourmande and suave.
