The nose is fruity, fine, fresh and relatively precise. It reveals notes of lemon and a touch of clementine zest associated with a hint of grapefruit as well as a discreet touch of white flowers, apple, mirabelle plum, gingerbread and beeswax. The mouth is beautifully fruity, gourmand, mineral, fresh and offers a nice tension, a nice definition, roundness and precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pineapple and white peach associated with a touch of candied citrus, a hint of honey and a discreet touch of almond. Good length and persistence.
