The nose is fruity, tense, very finely tight and offers a fine freshness. This wine should be decanted. It reveals notes of fleshy/ripe cassis, fleshy plum, small notes of crushed strawberry associated with fine touches of plum, crushed/almost dry strawberry as well as a hint of rose, fresh violet, a racy minerality, a very discreet hint of fig, sweet spices, a very discreet hint of underwood, pepper and an imperceptible hint of brioche. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, gourmandize as well as a fine acidulous frame, a fine tension, a fine suavity, a small fat, a good structure and concentration. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, crushed blackberry, small notes of small crushed black fruits associated with touches of liquorice pulpy/juicy raspberry as well as fine hints of sweet spices, racy minerality/fresh gravels, graphite, toasted oak, a very discreet truffle and a subtle saline hint. Tannins are well-built and structuring. Good length. Sapidity and a very discreet hint of cocoa on the finish.
