The nose is fruity, relatively powerful and offers a slight elegance. It reveals notes of boysenberry and very ripe red fruits associated with slight hints of leather, zan as well as a hint of tobacco/cigar. The palate is fruity, mineral, silky, sleek, supple, slightly gourmand and offers a slight juiciness, dynamism, a slight smooth as well as a beautiful/slight acid frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of cherry and redcurrant associated with a hint of blackberry, plum jam as well as hints of liquorice and woody hints. Tannins are well-built.
