The nose is fruity/aromatic, gourmand, well-balanced and offers a slight incisive side. It reveals notes of confit lemon and pineapple in syrup associated with a slight touch of kumquat, honey, orange jam as well as a discreet hint of ginger and gingerbread. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy, beautifully fat/fleshy and offers a mineral frame, a slight acidity, a very slight juiciness, suavity as well as a slight gourmandise. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of peach in syrup, pineapple in syrup, slight notes of confit apple and hints of confit lemon/clementine associated with a discreet hint of kumquat/confit apricot, honey as well as slight hint of spices and ginger. Good length.
