Château de Côme 2021 – Saint-Estèphe Cru Bourgeois Supérieur

Château de Côme 2021 – Saint-Estèphe Cru Bourgeois Supérieur

The nose is fresh, fruity, racy and offers some spiciness and a fine pungency. There are notes of fresh wild blackberry, wild strawberry and slightly rose, combined with hints of red currant, fresh blond tobacco and fine peppercorns and liquorice stick. The palate is mineral and reveals freshness, good definition, juiciness, brightness and a nice fresh juicy fruit at the end and a fine airiness in the approach. On the palate this wine expresses juicy/pulpy blackberry, fresh raspberry and more lightly fresh blackcurrant notes combined with hints of fresh plum, racy minerality and a discreet hint of liquorice and vanilla. Good length.
