The nose is fruity, finely gourmand and quite elegant. It reveals notes of ripe lemon and hints of tangerine combined with a discreet hint of mirabelle, brugnon as well as a discreet hint of zest, wood (discreet) and lychee. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers an acid frame, freshness, a beautiful purity of the fruit, fat and a fine suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lemon (beautiful!), mandarin and hints of spices, pineapples associated with a discreet hint of yuzu zests and a discreet hint of yellow fruits. Good length. The finish is persistent and offers notes of citrus as well as a very discreet hint of flowers and yellow peach.
