The nose offers intensity, freshness and a certain concentration. It reveals notes of fleshy blackberry, pulpy red berries and more lightly violet combined with hints of tonka bean, toast and fine hints of fresh almond/berry. On the palate, fruity, balanced and offers a juicy/acidic frame, good definition, minerality and some tension, gourmandise and energy. The wine expresses juicy/pulpy blackberry, raspberry and more lightly pulpy/juicy blackcurrant notes with hints of almond, licorice/zan, flowers, juicy/chunky berries and hints of chocolate, a discreet hint of caramelization, roast (in the background) and an imperceptible hint of saltiness.
