A nice fruity and elegant nose combining notes of juicy fruits (cherry, strawberry, black berries) with subtle spices notes (especially pepper) and grilled. There is also a hint of menthol. The palate is elegant, light, well-balanced and reveals a nice precision of the fruit. It reveals notes of fresh black fruits, raspberry and a few woody notes. Presence of a small salinity on the finish. Good length and persistence of fruit.
