(100% Folle Blanche) The nose reveals notes of flowers associated with citrus notes as well as small notes of candied zest, candied pineapple, woody notes and slight notes of rancio. The palate is fruity, round and offers a small freshness. In the mouth it expresses notes of crystallized clementine, lemon paste and slight notes of caramel associated with a slight touch of chocolat, pear and a slight toasted notes. Good length and persistence in the mouth.
