The nose is fruity, racy and offers bright / fresh fruit, fine grain, fine power as well as good definition. It reveals notes of cassis, small bright black fruits and slightly violet associated with touches of small bright wild red fruits, small crushed black plum, racy / terroir minerality as well as hints of heather / arbutus fruits, mocha, toasted and a hint of liquorice. The palate is fruity, mineral and offers a small concentration, a good definition, a good guideline, a fine straightness, a small fat, freshness as well as a certain brightness of the fruit. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of bright cassis, fresh / bright blackberry and more slightly of bigarreau cherry associated with touches of violet, cocoa / mocha as well as hints of small red fruits, arbutus fruits, fine hints of sense of the place (local biotop) and fine hints of grilled almonds in the background. Tannins are precise, structuring and racy. A discreet powdery finish on the finish / persistence. Good length.
